​The Tobacco Free Alliance of Virginia (TFAV) is fiscally supported by the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth (VFHY), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia. VFHY's support of TFAV is made possible by funding received from the Commonwealth of Virginia's Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) which is directed towards essential prevention programming combating underage tobacco use.
